Myer is looking for a Digital Insights Analyst to collaborate with the Digital Experience team in defining, developing and delivering initiatives that elevate the customer experience. You will build trust-based stakeholder relationships through rigorous measurements, actionable insights and on-going optimisation impacting eCommerce trading, feature development and operational decision-making across the strategic roadmap.

About the role:

• Translate business requirements into pre- and post-feature analysis
• Create dashboards and reports to define success metrics and monitor program performance
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain and optimise analytics processes including tracking, testing, validation and documentation
• Manage and coordinate the analytics data pipeline, including data collection and transformation
• Provide analytical support and insights to a wide range of teams across the business
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Product, eCommerce, Finance, IT and Digital teams
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather business requirements and share performance insights
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure timely delivery of strategic and tactical initiatives
• Communicate relevant information clearly and consistently across the business
• Collaborate with product teams on data modelling and value estimation to support prioritisation
• Contribute to strategic business cases and roadmap development
• Support the uplift of measurement frameworks and program reporting
• Enhance end-to-end processes across the analytics area
• Ensure data accuracy and manage ongoing maintenance
• Contribute to the maturity and readiness of digital analytics capabilities
• Support innovation through experimentation and data-led improvement initiatives (both internally and with external agencies)

About you:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Analyst, or similar role
• Proven track record in supporting digital channels in a fast-paced eCommerce environment with strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced analytical skills in Google Analytics 360 and similar tools
• Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Microstrategy, Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with web tracking technologies and implementation. Understanding of data layers, tag implementation, debugging and deployment of tags via tools such as Google Tag Manager, preferred.
• Experience defining and briefing development teams with data layer and digital analytics requirements
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively solve problems
• Collaborative style, able to engage with a diverse range of stakeholder to meet targets, balancing commercial and customer needs
• Proficiency in data manipulation, querying (e.g. Big Query) and analysis using SQL, Excel, or other relevant tools. Familiarity with data integration and data warehouse technologies is a plus
