Clinical Care Leader

We are seeking a Clinical Care Leader to provide strategic guidance and support to the clinical teams at our facility.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- To ensure that high-quality clinical care is provided to residents, in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant policies and procedures.
- To provide coaching and mentoring to the clinical team to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to promote a culture of excellence in care delivery.
- To work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in aged care.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, and to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards.
