About the Role

  • Lead and mentor support workers while providing hands-on clinical care.
  • Develop, review, and oversee care plans for participants with complex needs.
  • Ensure NDIS compliance through audits, assessments, and documentation.
  • Act as the clinical point of contact for participants, families, and allied health professionals.

About You

  • Confident, compassionate, and organised Registered Nurse
  • 2–3 years post-registration experience (disability, community, or aged care preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS standards and clinical governance
  • Skilled in training, supervising, and supporting teams

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and WWCC (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid driver's licence
