About the Role
- Lead and mentor support workers while providing hands-on clinical care.
- Develop, review, and oversee care plans for participants with complex needs.
- Ensure NDIS compliance through audits, assessments, and documentation.
- Act as the clinical point of contact for participants, families, and allied health professionals.
About You
- Confident, compassionate, and organised Registered Nurse
- 2–3 years post-registration experience (disability, community, or aged care preferred)
- Strong knowledge of NDIS standards and clinical governance
- Skilled in training, supervising, and supporting teams
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and WWCC (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's licence
