  • Lead a team of engineers in designing distribution and transmission systems.
  • Oversee the development of substation layout designs, clearance studies, and earthing systems.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality deliverables, timely execution, and effective resource allocation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in HV Primary Electrical Engineering, with a focus on substation design.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a technical team.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Excellent project management and client relationship skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian standards and industry best practices.
