Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at Cherished Minds Psychology.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide intervention to individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, ODD, autism, depression, anger management, social skills deficits, emotional dysregulation, and anxiety.
- Deliver both ongoing intervention as well as clinical/diagnostic assessment, parent training, school support, and therapeutic intervention.
- Choose from paediatrics-only or work across the age span with parents of existing clients and young adults under 30.
- Enjoy 5 scheduled sessions per day and ample time for paperwork (provisional psychologists will see 4).

- Weekly supervision to start, transitioning to fortnightly ongoing.
- Peer supervision groups.
- Clinical training sessions.

- Full-time admin support managing scheduling and non-clinical tasks.
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- Flexible roles available: provisional or registered psychologists, two to five days, flexible hours, option to contract.
