Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our store development projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-impact projects, including new store builds, refits, relocations, and expansions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, driving the end-to-end lifecycle of store development projects. This includes collaborating with Property, Design, Construction, Retail Operations, and IT teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

As a Project Manager, you will also be responsible for coordinating contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure all milestones are met. You will perform site visits to ensure construction quality, safety, and brand integrity, and manage budgets, timelines, and reporting to keep stakeholders informed every step of the way.

In addition, you will ensure that all permits, licenses, and compliance documents are up to date and in place, and support store teams in preparation for high-impact store launches. You will also manage the project tender process, ensuring that the best possible outcomes are achieved.
