Account Growth Specialist
This role focuses on driving retail success across major partners. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing sell-out performance, building relationships with retailers, and executing annual business plans to achieve sales growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell-Out Performance:
The candidate must drive sell-out performance through effective merchandising, retail education, marketing activations, and seasonal initiatives.
Relationship Building:
The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring exceptional service and alignment to commercial goals.
Annual Business Plans:
The selected candidate must develop and execute annual business plans for each retailer, focused on sales growth, visibility, and in-store excellence.
Brand Ambassadorship:
The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador at major conferences, retailer events, and education sessions—engaging teams with product expertise and brand storytelling.
About the Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum 3–5 years' experience in sales, account management, or retail management within the beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors. Proven track record of growing retail businesses and delivering against KPIs in Australia and/or New Zealand is essential. A strong understanding of the ANZ beauty retail landscape and excellent interpersonal skills are also required.
