The Role:

Regional Operations Lead

As a Regional Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving operational performance and delivering commercial outcomes across multiple campuses in the Northern Beaches. You will oversee occupancy, family experience, safety, and compliance, optimise revenue, manage costs, and achieve EBITDA targets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a leadership role that requires strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence P&L performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of up to 10 campuses, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading large teams and driving performance across multiple sites.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence P&L performance.
  • Knowledge of National Quality Framework and early learning compliance standards.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and uplift leaders.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
