About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide clinical support to our residential team at HammondCare Horsley.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a consultative and advisory context, providing person-centred care to our residents. As a core member of the team, you will work closely with management and carers to deliver tailored and individualised care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and support care delivery by care staff
  • Educate and mentor in clinical areas and processes
  • Consult on case management and clinical decision making
  • Provide clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse
  • Implement and support a resident comfort focus
Requirements
  • Flexibility to commit to a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Knowledge and experience of people living with dementia and their needs
  • Passion for serving elderly people and making a difference in their lives
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Current AHPRA registration with 2-3 years' experience in an aged care setting
