Clinical Support Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HammondCare Horsley. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our residents, prioritizing their needs and well-being above all else.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Educate and mentor colleagues in clinical areas and processes, promoting best practice and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with management and carers to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards and best practice
- Support the implementation of a resident comfort focus, promoting a culture of compassion and empathy within the team
- Current registration with AHPRA and a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an aged care setting
- Strong knowledge and experience of working with people living with dementia and their needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, management, and residents
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative and computer skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
