HammondCare is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Horsley and support the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Clinical Qualifications

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.

  • Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a residential aged care setting.

  • Personal Qualities

Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
