Lead Data and AI Growth

You will spearhead our expansion by leveraging your networks and industry expertise to connect enterprises with the power of Data & AI. Your primary mission is to identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities where our consulting services can unlock value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy that drives business development and identifies new revenue streams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers to deepen their understanding of our services and deliver impactful outcomes
  • Position us for future engagements by aligning technology solutions with business objectives and outcomes
  • Oversee delivery within accounts, ensuring projects are on track, clients are engaged, and our teams are empowered to excel
  • Remove roadblocks, mitigate risks, and champion long-term success for both our customers and our consultants

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading multi-workstream data transformation engagements within large enterprises ($3M+)
  • Strong executive relationships in Financial Services, Insurance, and Energy & Utilities Industries
  • Industry pedigree in the aforementioned verticals
  • Solid understanding of Data & AI, cloud platforms, and application modernisation
  • Ability to influence executives, technical teams, and delivery partners
  • Expertise in leading delivery, change management, and cultural change
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiation
  • Understanding of operational challenges and regulatory requirements
