Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when visiting our recycling centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for team members and customers
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machines
  • Monitor the recycling centre for any hazards and report concerns as they arise
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as required by management

Requirements:

  • Passion for recycling and the environment
  • Keen eye for detail and motivation to maintain a clean work environment
  • Safety champion with a focus on ensuring everyone returns home safely
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service
