Employment Opportunities Specialist

As an Employment Coach, you will play a key role in assisting our customers to set and achieve their goals.
- Deliver coaching to improve employability skills, confidence, and career planning.
- Prepare quality resumes, cover letters, and support the job application process.
- Finding suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocating on their behalf.
- Refer customers to internal and external support for housing, mental health, and financial counselling.
- Provide additional mentoring and support during the first six months of employment.
Document customer information and progress accurately within Workskil Australia and Government systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs.
- Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Applicants with previous experience in employment services will be highly regarded.
