Lead Paint Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Paint Shop Team Leader to oversee our team of painters, preppers, and spray apprentices.
As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and supporting your team members to improve quality and efficiency on the workshop floor.
This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career into management and take pride in delivering high-quality work for our customers. Effective communication is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will have experience in the Collision Repair industry and hold relevant trade qualifications.
A full Australian Working rights and a valid driver's license are also required.
Job Responsibilities:- Complete paint jobs according to established processes and procedures.
- Sign off on final colour including minor adjustments to ensure a high-quality paint finish for our customers.
- Maintain equipment and robots daily to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform any additional duties as directed by leadership.
- Trade Qualified Spray Painter.
- Experience in Collision Repair industry.
- Australian Work Rights and Driver's License.
