Heavy Haulage Vehicle Manager

As a Heavy Vehicle Allocator, you will be responsible for allocating heavy haulage truck movements to meet customer demands and internal stock needs.

  • Communicate with customers through various channels to address bulk sales inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service at the front counter retail sales point.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure work allocation adheres to compliance regulations.

You will also be expected to:

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and prioritize your workload to manage daily tasks efficiently.
  • Adjust plans to meet new priorities and approach emerging challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current Driver's Licence.
  • A General Induction White Card.
  • Competency for load shifting operations and a Forklift Operator's Licence (preferable).

This position reports directly to senior management and requires collaboration with other departments.
