Port and Maritime Operations Leader

The Ports and Marine Group seeks a skilled leader with technical expertise and the ability to mentor junior engineers. This individual will coordinate departmental operations, resolve project execution issues, and establish improvements to existing methods and procedures.
- Ensure successful project completion by coordinating commitments of the Marine Structures Department in accordance with project scope, schedule, budget, and procedures.
- Manage Master Service Agreements (MSA), project resourcing needs related to Site Supervision Services, Contract Administration Services, and Owner's Representative services as required.
- Implement improvements to existing methods, procedures, and toolsets.
- Coordinate departmental resource assignment for appropriate project staffing while ensuring continuous career development for staff.
- Recruit new team members, assist with performance reviews, performance management, and facilitate training and development opportunities.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance to marine structure engineers to ensure technical adequacy of all engineering work.
