
Strategic Customer Growth Specialist

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving sales growth.
The role involves understanding client priorities, developing and presenting solutions to complex business issues, and identifying new business opportunities.
You will also be required to interface with executive-level stakeholders, monitor client satisfaction, and work with the sales management team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you will need to mentor less experienced sales team members, work collaboratively across departments, and take ownership of tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:- Understand client priorities to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and growth goals in allocated accounts or sales territory.
- Act as advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, industry issues, trends, and product capabilities.
- Anticipate clients' needs and develop proposed solutions to their complex business issues in collaboration with IQVIA marketing, sales specialists, consulting, and client service teams.
- Identify and lead the pursuit of targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within allocated accounts.
- Interface with marketing, market research, sales management, and IT at the executive level in existing and prospective clients.
- Represent the company to the client and the client to the company in all sales-related activities.
- Monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and work with the sales management team and Client Service's management to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage renewals and subscriptions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of proven Account Management experience.
- Basic knowledge of core products, customer account management, and familiarity with information solutions/services portfolio is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated strength in collaboration, fostering teamwork across departments.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and process-driven work.
- Business development experience and exceptional presentation skills to showcase solutions effectively.
