- Due Diligence: Participate in the due diligence process and contribute to post-merger integration activities.
- 1-3 years' experience in M&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
