Elevate your career with ING Australia's Wholesale Banking team as we seek a skilled Senior Corporate Banking Executive to support our growth in the Food, Beverage and Agri ('FBA') sector.

About the Role

As a key point of contact for clients, you will help develop a deep understanding of their requirements and strategies to maximise relationships. Manage your own portfolio of clients and grow wallet share. Identify, originate and efficiently execute new-to-bank transactions. Assist ING's market presence and enhance our profile through effective internal and external networks and communications. Ensure sound and prudent banking practices in accordance with statutory, regulatory and Group governance requirements.

What We're Looking For
  • Circa 7+ years of corporate banking experience (or other relevant field).
  • You could be an experienced Senior Associate or Associate Director looking for your next step.
  • Experience in structuring, credit & deal execution in corporate/investment banking.
  • Exposure and knowledge of Agri sector valued.
  • Strong financial analysis capability and good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of legal documentation.
  • Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and professionalism with ability to multi-task.
  • Experience in international banking valued.
  • Suitable tertiary qualification preferred.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including discounted ING Health Insurance, an additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing, an IMPACT day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity, and free flu vaccinations.
