About the Role

Collins Executive Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and guidance to clients, while also contributing to the growth and development of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including company valuations, financial modelling, and due diligence, to support M&A transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch books, information memoranda, and other marketing materials for client presentations.
  • Support senior team members in deal execution by coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting market research, and managing due diligence processes.
  • Collaborate with clients in structuring and executing capital raising initiatives, including IPOs, private placements, and debt offerings.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and providing tailored financial solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in investment banking, specifically in M&A and Capital Markets.
  • Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling presentations and articulate complex financial concepts.
