Job Title: Senior Corporate Finance Specialist

Are you looking to advance your career in corporate finance? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Corporate Finance Specialist to join our team at Deutsche Bank AG.

About the Role:

  • Participate in the origination and execution of global leverage capital market financing mandates
  • Deal team member contributing to day-to-day execution processes including in-depth financial analysis, credit analysis, due diligence, capital market analysis, and industry analysis
  • Prepare high-quality marketing presentations
  • Due diligence of clients and markets
  • Deal documentation and internal approvals
  • Handling day-to-day client queries on all execution-related matters

Requirements:

  • At least 2.5 years of Corporate Finance experience; leveraged finance and capital market experience preferred
  • Strong financial modeling skills and commercial acumen are critical
  • Detail-oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask
  • Ability to take initiative with strong critical thinking skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
