Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and conduct training classes on mortgage processing, system use, and loan origination systems. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience, 5-7 years of mortgage processing experience, and excellent training techniques, public speaking, and presentation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging training curriculum, conducting web-based training sessions, traveling to branches as required, and providing feedback on training effectiveness. They will also work to improve training methods and skills by introducing new techniques and best practices.
