About Funeral Services Director Role:
InvoCare is a leading provider of funeral services in Australia and New Zealand. We are currently seeking a Funeral Services Director to lead our operations in Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and lead teams to deliver exceptional customer service to our client families, meeting performance targets.
- Ensure action plans are in place to improve performance and establish an efficient organization structure.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team in the region, evaluating performance and encouraging ongoing feedback.
- Identify opportunities to provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
About You:
- Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams, including recruiting, training, and developing staff.
- Strong leadership and ability to articulate clear direction, with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
- Ability to develop key relationships and networks in the community we serve.
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
- Proven success in delivering results that meet or exceed budgets.
