Job Title: Senior Content and SEO Manager

Lendi Group is a leading provider of home loans and financial services, and we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Content and SEO Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The Senior Content and SEO Manager will be responsible for leading our content strategy and SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic growth and enhance our online presence. This role will oversee the newsroom rhythm, write SEO-driven content, and serve as an ambassador for our company's CVP and content framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the organic content strategy across both brands, with a key focus on SEO and organic traffic growth.
  • Lead the newsroom rhythm, ensuring timely and impactful content creation.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the company's CVP and content framework, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Lead an onshore and offshore team, partner with agency and internal stakeholders, and leverage AI to scale content creation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content and SEO strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of content writers, with strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
