Property Operations Manager

The Property Operations Manager will lead and mentor a team, overseeing property maintenance and capital improvement needs. The goal is to meet client expectations while ensuring property safety and proper condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of personnel, including Technicians, Groundskeepers/Porters, and Housekeepers/Cleaners.
- Implement daily and preventative maintenance programs.
- Inspect properties and common areas for maintenance issues.
- Complete maintenance requests within 24 hours.
- Perform maintenance inspections and repairs on vacant apartments before move-in.
- Maintain equipment and inventory in compliance with safety regulations.
- Secure parts, inventory, and equipment properly.
- Ensure timely completion of duties to minimize labor costs.
- Comply with all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in Residential Property Management; experience in hotel, facilities maintenance, or construction is also acceptable.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Industry certifications are preferred.
- Ability to wear a respirator and be medically cleared for duty, complying with facial hair policies.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- May need to provide and maintain personal tools.
