Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing relationships
  • Pitch the benefits of our recruitment service to new and existing clients, highlighting our innovative boutique and online recruitment service with a money-back promise
  • Consult with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Use recruitment management software to screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring the highest quality matches for our clients

About You

We are looking for someone who is driven, personable, and tenacious when it comes to making sales. You will have a track record of high achievement, be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and have the desire to meet and exceed performance goals. Previous experience in recruitment is highly regarded, but not essential as long as you can demonstrate transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
