We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team, responsible for partnering with leaders and employees to provide day-to-day operational support.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to ensure people strategies are executed effectively and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ER case management, performance management, leadership development, and change management activities
  • Provide HR advisory services to leaders and employees
  • Collaborate with the Senior HR Business Partner to develop and implement people strategies

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR and/or Business or other related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a generalist human resources advisory role, preferably within a blue-collar or manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of broad HR functions, including employee and industrial relations, award interpretation, and cultural change management
