- Demonstrated ability to interact with strategic customers and executives
- High-level customer service delivery and strong technical aptitude
- Excellent report-writing and data analysis skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach
- Familiarity with large data sets and relevant tools, including Excel and CRM systems
