About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conduct and Risk Governance Manager to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective management of non-financial risks associated with home loans distributed through the mortgage broker channel and Proloan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the continuous improvement of risk culture and practices
  • Identify emerging risks in the mortgage industry
  • Enhance business controls, processes, and data insights
  • Manage business incidents and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Oversee broker accreditation activities
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ years' experience working in risk assessment and management within the financial services industry
  • Strong stakeholder management and solid experience in reporting and data analytics
