Key Account Development Manager

A key role has opened up at Position Partners for a seasoned sales professional to take on the challenge of establishing a market leadership position for geospatial solutions in designated territories.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with extensive experience in business-to-business relationships, geospatial or geotechnical roles, and commercial negotiations. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining business development opportunities and supporting all Deformation Monitoring products throughout their territory.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to establish a market leadership position for geospatial solutions in your territory.
- Analyse new business opportunities and contribute to setting annual sales budgets.
- Negotiate customer orders within company policies and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify sales opportunities that enhance Aptella's market share.
We require an experienced sales professional who can demonstrate:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in geospatial or geotechnical roles.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in business-to-business relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, and commercial negotiations.
Position Partners offers a competitive salary package, including:
- $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
