Industrial Automation Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and expand our presence in Brisbane and North Queensland.
As an Industrial Automation Business Growth Specialist, you will be at the forefront of promoting cutting-edge solutions in industrial automation, motors, motor control, and LV power distribution. You will connect with key clients to drive new business and nurture existing relationships.
You will develop and execute dynamic sales action plans, research and identify new prospects, build strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers, and follow a structured sales process to qualify, develop, and close customer opportunities.
Collaborate with local and national teams to ensure the best resources are allocated to your clients, provide accurate and up-to-date information to management via the CRM, and attend industry events for business development, networking, and market insights.
About You- A background in electrical trade or engineering is preferred but not essential.
- Proven sales experience with a strong background in industrial automation or electrical sales is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Being a team player, eager to learn and create customer-centric solutions is important.
