Job Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan and track shipments of final products. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving potential issues, communicating effectively with supply chain teams, and meeting set KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including inventory administration and vehicle scheduling
  • Identify and resolve potential issues and disputes relating to supply chain activities
  • Communicate effectively with functional departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination
  • Manage bookings and scheduling, populate daily reports, and distribute them to relevant departments
  • Meet set KPI's to ensure efficient running of the distribution center

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in logistics and/or supply chain management
  • Well-versed in supply chain principles and practices, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to communicate effectively with functional departments
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple competing priorities, and possess strong planning and organizational skills

Work Environment:

Monday to Friday, performance-based bonus, and authorization to work in Australia (preferred). In-person work location required.
