Job Overview

This role focuses on providing HR administration support and employee lifecycle management across multiple manufacturing sites.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Update reporting data, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings to facilitate efficient communication.
  • Provide initial support and guidance to new employees during the first stages of their employment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general HR inquiries.
  • Ensure all employee records are up-to-date, accurate, and maintained in line with relevant privacy and legal standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
  • Previous experience in an HR, People & Culture, or similar people-focused role is essential.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, and applicable employment legislation is required.
