About the Role

  • Recruitment and offboarding tasks including quality induction processes
  • Assistance with probation processes, performance development, and people management
  • Working with the Facilities Manager to offer proactive injury management support
  • Overseeing and improving administrative systems supporting workplace and industrial relations tasks

About You

  • A Human Resource qualification and/or similar experience preferably in a school setting
  • Knowledge of injury management and people management practices in a multi-occupational workforce
  • Digital literacy, organisational, data entry, and document processing capabilities
  • Strong ethics, interpersonal, and discretionary skills along with quality service delivery commitment
  • An ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Active Christian Faith
  • Positive Blue Card
