Job Title

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team and support our organization in maintaining high standards and providing a safe, supportive workplace.

  • Candidate must have relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience in HR administration.
  • Proven experience with HR compliance and Australian workplace legislation is required.

This role involves managing organizational compliance with Fair Work legislation, implementing and monitoring the Mental Health Framework, conducting compliance audits, and developing corrective action plans. Additionally, it involves handling escalated HR matters from Team Leaders and the Clinic Support Coordinator, driving recruitment processes, administering performance management processes and documentation, conducting exit interviews, preparing comprehensive reports, and investigating workplace issues in accordance with policies and legislation.

  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication abilities, high level of professional maturity and independent work capability, demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, strong problem-solving skills, and objective approach to conflict resolution.
