Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Field Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will work within the existing Mature Support Contract to provide technical expertise and support services to our clients.

  • Training design, delivery and evaluation;
  • Maintenance support;
  • Software upgrade services;
  • Engineering support services;
  • Equipment installation services;
  • Equipment operation and support services;
  • Planning and advice support.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver and evaluate training programs;
  • Provide maintenance support to clients;
  • Offer software upgrade services;
  • Deliver engineering support services;
  • Install equipment for clients;
  • Operate and support equipment;
  • Provide planning and advisory support to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and experience working with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
