Our organization is seeking a Casual Receptionist to join our team.

This role requires you to cover shifts as needed and work in a state-of-the-art aged care residence based in Singleton. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable with learning new technology, discreet, and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people.

Your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to residents, staff, family, and friends, both face-to-face and over the phone. You will also be responsible for completing front desk and administrative tasks, including follow-ups.

Previous experience within aged care or healthcare is desirable but not necessary. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support.
