We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Casual Receptionist.
This role will involve covering shifts as required, providing exceptional customer service to residents, staff, family and friends, and completing administrative tasks with discretion and efficiency.
- Providing front desk and administrative support
- Assisting with enquiries and complaints from residents, staff and family members
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to learn new technology quickly.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Previous experience in aged care or healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organisation and time management
- Discretion and confidentiality
