Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Officer.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional service to our members, casual users, and potential new members. You will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations, including reception, merchandising, and sales, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities
