We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Receptionist / Guest Service Agent to join our team at our motel in Singleton.

This is a casual role (with the potential to transition to part-time), offering approximately 15-20 hours per week, including weekday, weekend, and night shifts, with opportunities for additional hours as needed.

**About You**
- Previous experience in front office reception (motel experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn booking systems (Satin preferred)
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle guest inquiries or concerns calmly and professionally

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting guests and managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Processing payments and invoices accurately
- Assisting corporate and leisure guests with inquiries and providing local area recommendations
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Addressing guest concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assisting with other administrative duties as required

Applicants must have entitlements to work in Australia.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
