Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Coordinator to manage our day-to-day office facilities.

This role involves ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Operations Management
  • Manage office access cards, including issuing new cards for employees and visitors, revoking access during offboarding, and conducting regular card audits and reporting to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Facilities Coordination
  • Coordinate all office maintenance needs including repairs and cleaning services to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Event Planning
  • Plan and execute in-office events from start to finish, including managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring proper event setup for a seamless and successful experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-growth dynamic environment with a hybrid way of working.
  • Previous experience in workplace experience, employee engagement, or office coordination is highly desirable.

  • Basic understanding of project coordination, with good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
