Key Operational Role

This pivotal position operates from Monday to Friday with flexible hours. As a Key Operations Manager, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional operational efficiency and compliance across all store operations, processes, and tasks.

  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee operational effectiveness and adherence to guidelines in-store
  • In partnership with the Store Manager, review and enhance store operational processes to optimize productivity and sales performance
  • Support the Store Manager in coaching and developing the team on operational procedures
  • Manage cash handling and administrative responsibilities in line with company standards and regulations
  • Work synergistically with the Store and Assistant Store Manager to manage end-of-month processes

As a seasoned Operations Manager, you will apply strategic thinking and support the Store Manager by executing administrative tasks associated with profit protection, stock movement activities, creating daily schedules and task lists, and managing cash handling procedures.

Essential experience includes admin, operations support, and roasting roles. Inventory management or stock handling expertise is highly desirable. Critical thinking and solution-focused skills are vital for this position. Organizational and time management abilities are also essential. Attention to detail and analytical thinking are required.
