  • Main responsibilities include:
  • Support the delivery of strategic asset plans and other initiatives.
  • Analyse regular call-outs, maintenance requests to inform departments to asset maintenance plans and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Be the first point of contact for technical, facilities management and asset maintenance inquiries.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure contracts are executed to budget and scope.
  • Support contract compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Assist with audits and inspections.
  • Build relationships with agencies, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Monitor and report on the delivery of programmed work by subcontracted providers.
