Are you an experienced Electrical Tradesperson ready to power the future of Australia's renewable and industrial energy infrastructure?

RJE Global is expanding its workforce for the construction of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind farms, and critical resource and power infrastructure projects nationwide. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Installing, terminating, testing, and commissioning electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults using appropriate test equipment.
• Connecting systems to circuit breakers, transformers, and control equipment.
• Inspecting electrical installations for compliance with codes, standards, and safety.
• Advising on potential hazards or system issues.
• Performing continuity and insulation resistance testing.
• Ensuring all documentation is updated and submitted to the site supervisor.
• Participating in quality assurance processes (ITPs, ITRs).
• Engaging in the development and implementation of Safe Work Method Statements.

What You'll Need:

• Current A-Class Electrical Licence (valid in your home state)
• Valid Driver's Licence
• LV Rescue & Resuscitation Certificate (completed within the past 12 months)
• Construction White Card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and random drug & alcohol testing

Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications:

• Leading Hand or Supervisory experience
• Experience with industrial installations, cable systems (MV, LV, DC, Control, Fire, Comms)
• HV installation/testing qualifications
• Fibre Optic installation/testing experience
• Dual Trade, Instrumentation, MV Cable Jointing, or HVAC qualifications
• High-Risk Work Licences (WP, CN, DG, RB, LF, SB)
• Safe Working at Heights certification
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
• Quality assurance and compliance testing experience
• Familiarity with Australian Electrical Standards and regulations

• Summerfield BESS (SA)
• Wellington BESS (NSW)
• Warradarge Wind Farm (WA)
• King Rocks Wind Farm (WA)

FIFO & Local roles available from multiple locations across Australia.
