About the Role

As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site civil works, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will be the key link between the project management team and the on-site crews, ensuring all work is executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on a large-scale roads project.

- Manage and liaise with sub-contractors to ensure their work aligns with project goals and safety standards.

- Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site, implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and relevant regulations.

- Maintain accurate daily site records, including progress reports, safety logs, and quality checks.

Skills and Experience Required

- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor, specifically on roads projects.

- Demonstrated expertise in sub-contractor management.

- In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- A valid driver's license and relevant industry certifications (e.g., White Card).
