Automation Growth Specialist

We seek a seasoned professional to drive the expansion of our Automation Group.
As a key member of our team, you will identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with our talented engineers to deliver innovative automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively pursue new business across target industries, including manufacturing, mining, O&G, and utilities.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships based on trust, technical expertise, and value creation.
- Collaborate with our technical team to shape solutions that meet client needs and deliver measurable results.
- Lead opportunity qualification, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations through to close.
- Represent us at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to raise awareness of our capabilities.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback to inform our Automation Group growth strategy.
- Meet or exceed agreed sales, revenue, and pipeline goals in line with our sustainable growth objectives.
