Reception Officer for a Caravan Industry Role

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our caravan industry as a Reception Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our front desk, providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and partners, while also handling warranty inquiries and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly attitude.
  2. Answer and direct incoming calls, taking detailed messages as needed.
  3. Schedule appointments and manage bookings for clients and customers.
  4. Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, and filing.
  5. Manage warranty claims, providing accurate information and updates to customers.
  6. Document warranty-related inquiries, coordinating with the production team to resolve issues.
  7. Ensure all warranty paperwork and records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
  8. Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any further concerns.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or warranty support is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of the caravan industry or passion for caravanning is a plus.
