Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our Sydney team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the business, including operations, marketing, purchasing, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the company's business strategies as directed by the Managing Director
- Report business analytics to the Managing Director
- Oversee the daily activities of the Sydney team to ensure the highest standards of service delivery
- Drive the business planning process in collaboration with the Managing Director
- Participate in formulating and administering company policies
- Review and analyze activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives
- Lead clinical governance activities, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes
- Relevant qualification related to Aged Care is desirable but not required
- Degree qualified or experience in a similar role is required
- Proven experience in a high-level management role, ideally within the aged-care or healthcare sector
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Experience in people management, showing effective communication and the ability to work within and support a productive workplace culture
