Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical System Repair Specialist to join our team at SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for conducting field assessments, documenting damage, and collaborating with other teams to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of electrical component issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough field assessments to identify the extent of damage to electrical components and structures.
  • Document all findings through photographs, videos, and written notes to create detailed records of the assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the call center team, to share information and coordinate response efforts.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing the assessment findings, including estimated costs of repairs and recommended actions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, such as engineers and managers, to provide updates on assessment findings and address any questions or concerns.
  • Provide product guidance, technical support, and training to dealers and customers via various channels, including phone, face-to-face, and on-site visits.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure issues are resolved promptly and additional support is provided as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar) is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of related experience is required.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination are essential.
  • Strong English language skills (both verbal and written) are necessary for effective communication.
  • Experience in fine detail repairs and manual dexterity are critical for success in this role.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment is essential.
